HIIT Sprints cardio or anti-cardio workout.

It has been a little while since I posted on this page but going to start to put more stuff here.

Tonight’s workout – 1/4 mile jog warm up.
HIIT Sprints at the park football field.
12 x 50 yard sprints – walk back – 10 Muay Thai knees – 15 second full deep sumo squat with hold.

Followed with 2 x 100 yard sprints – walk back – 10 Muay Thai knees – 15 second full deep sumo squat with hold.

1/4 mile walk cool down.

I chose to do sprints on the field instead of running the track because lately I have been experiencing a pain on the outside of my left foot and it is very painful to attempt to run on the track. It looks like I will be needing a trip to the foot doctor.
